7. Account Deletion

EduSkill provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Delete Account Through the App:

Users can request account deletion directly within the EduSkill application by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. For security purposes, an account password verification may be required.

Delete Account Through Email:

Send an email from your registered email address to support@educerns.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your Full Name, Registered Email Address, and Registered Mobile Number.

Processing & Verification

Identity verification will occur prior to processing. Verified requests will be concluded within 7 working days.

Data Retained vs Deleted

Profile, contact, and upload structures are wiped. Legal records, cert records, and verification audits are retained temporarily per applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

EduSkill is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that such information has been collected, appropriate steps will be taken to remove it. Parents or guardians may contact us for assistance.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of such websites before providing personal information.
